Care & Refresh Guide
Flowers may be slightly compressed during shipping.
Unpack & Reshape: Gently adjust the petals, leaves, and stems after unpacking to restore their natural shape.
Refresh with Steam: For more noticeable creases or deformation, use gentle steam to help restore the shape. Carefully reshape the petals afterward and avoid prolonged exposure to heat.
Easy Cleaning: Gently remove dust with a soft cloth, feather duster, or hair dryer on a cool setting. Avoid harsh rubbing or cleaning products.
Store Properly: When not in use, store your flowers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heavy pressure.
