COSTS & DESTINATIONS

At Uflower, we provide global shipping to customers around the world.

For orders within the United States, we offer FREE SHIPPING.

For international orders, shipping availability and costs may vary depending on the destination, product size, and order details. If your country is not available at checkout or you need assistance with shipping arrangements, please contact our customer service team for a shipping quote.

Please note:

We currently ship to many countries and regions worldwide.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Uflower is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses.

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are prepared within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

For customized designs, large wedding decorations, or special requests, additional production time may be required. The estimated processing time will be indicated on the product page or confirmed with you before production begins.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Air Shipping: approximately 5–10 business days
Sea Shipping: approximately 15–25 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

For wedding and event orders, we recommend placing your order in advance to ensure sufficient time for production and delivery.

SHIPPING CHANGES & Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

Order Cancellation

If you request to cancel your order before it has entered the production or shipping process, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

If your order has already entered production, been customized, or started the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be accepted.

Change of Shipping Address

If your order has not been shipped, we can assist you with updating your shipping address at no additional cost.

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

Replacements and Exchanges

For orders that have not been shipped, please contact our customer service team if you need assistance with replacements or exchanges. We will review your request based on your order status.

After Shipping

Order Cancellation

Once your order has been shipped, cancellation requests can no longer be processed as the order has already entered the delivery process.

If you request to cancel the order after shipment due to personal reasons, we can only provide a partial refund. Any costs that have already been incurred, including shipping fees, handling fees, and other related expenses, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Change of Shipping Address

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

If an address change is possible, any additional costs charged by the carrier for rerouting, reshipping, or other related services will be the customer's responsibility.

Replacements and Exchanges

Once your order has been shipped, replacement or exchange requests will be handled according to our return and exchange policy.

Any additional shipping, handling, or related costs incurred for replacements or exchanges will be the customer's responsibility.
